6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, and deliverables remain the property of Eagles Media Enterprises until full payment is received
  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed
  • We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., hosting providers, ad platforms, plugins).
We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages
  • Policy changes
  • Platform restrictions or account suspensions
